  We’re just under two months away from the opening of the 1st International Strategic Plan forum of Nam Lolwe Development Agency in Bad Wildungen-Kessel State -Germany.  Over eight months  of planning have paid off with over 25  people from 3 continents confirming their participation already.
  
  I would like to take this opportunity to ask those who are comming to take only few minutes of their spare time and confirm whether they are coming or not.  Lets come together and see how this being together can help us address some of the many problems that we face as people.
    
  Travel Info.
  To help everyone get organized for their trip to Bad Wildungen, the following information helps:
  
  Getting There -- By Train --
  There's frequent service on the Kassel-Fritzlar line from Kassel. For information, call tel. 11861. The nearest airport is at Frankfurt am Main, 160km (100 miles) away.
  
  By Bus --
  Bus service in the region is provided by B.K.W. GmbH (call tel. 05621/802810 for information).
  
  By Car --
   From Kassel, take Route 49 southwest, then go west on Route 253.
  
  Visitor Information --
   For information, contact the Kurverwaltung, Langemarckstrasse 2 (tel. 05621/704113), open Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to noon.
  
  We encourage all participants to jet in as early as possible so that you can familiarise yourself with this beutiful city and a climatise yourself prior to the meeting.
    
  Accommodation
  There are several hotels in the town from five star to business class. There exist also well kept hostels . Osare Nakinson is in charge and about  accommodation Hotel restaurant. Accommodation range from 30- 300 euro per night.
  
  FUNDING
  
  We are using our own funds. We are supporting ourselves to the meeting as individual interested in doing something for ourselves and the people of Luo Nyanza.  In this respect, I ask you to save and ensure that you come to Germany for the meeting.
