When I was in college, many moons ago, the dormitory administration was tired of constantly cleaning up the toilet walls because people would write all sorts of things on it mostly hateful and directed towards blacks. The hatemongers, rumor mongers and cowards would then go crazy writing their insults against those they hated. When full the paper would be torn and replaced.
