It is not a
contest of who can lie more than the other
From: Kichwa
Mbaya - Thu, Mar 16, 11:05 AM
If it was a contest on which side can make up
the worst lies Kibaki and his supporters would win hands down. The
problem is that it is a contest of credibility-truth. Truth is stubborn
and persistent and that is why Raila keeps on wining despite the cards
being stacked against him. Pictures keep on appearing to corroborate
his version, documents at the registrars office connecting Kibaki's
other family to the Armenians comes up, verification that these goons
never flew from Dubai is found, no evidence that he ever met these
goons, etc. On the other hand, lies made about Raila never seem to be
verifiable. They get abandoned and new ones, even more incredible are
formed almost with the desperation of an addict looking for a fix.

Hey, they might even redeem their tarnished credibility.
The only way the govt can save these Armenian Nazis dating Kibaki's

This theory
is more on the money
From: Njamba - Thu,
Mar 16, 11:11 AM
I borrowed from Mashada before someones alerts
the killer Lucy Kibaki
I am no journalist, neither am I a sleuth. I have been trying to
understand what these Armenians/mercenary soap opera is all about and
this is my take:
1) The two Arturs are not mercenaries.
2) They are dubious characters, most probably drug dealers with
connection to state house through Kib’s mistress Wambui. The
registration documents of their Kensington Company confirm this.
3) The Standard reporters hand stumbled on the dealings of these two
and their connections to statehouse and were about to print the stuff.
Wambui got to know about this hence the raid on Standard to prevent the
printing of the dossier.
4) When the raid was done, with the confirmed presence of some white
chaps, someone informed Raila. When Raila got to know what was in the
dossier and the presence of the white chaps in the raid, he made the
following conclusion:
That the Artur’s were the white folks directly involved in the raid
because they were going to be the immediate losers if the dossier had
come to light.
5) Raila used the term mercenary rather liberally. He should have
chosen a more guarded term, but again he is a populist politician and
may have chosen the term to add more drama. Hopefully we will soon
know.
6) Kalonzo’s explanation of the encounter with the Artur’s is correct.
I doubt if the two have met Raila, neither did any money change hands
as claimed. Nobody gives you that kind of money just like that and
Raila is too careful and seasoned politician to accept money from any
Ngumbao, Artur or Sadik. There are too many conflicting reports and the
dates do not add up. The referendum was held on November 21st and yet
the Artur’s met Kalonzo in late November. This was already too late to
start discussing about funding the referendum. Where is the CCTV
footage, if indeed there is any? Bulletproof vests are not hard to come
by, especially for a high flyer like Kalonzo. You do not ask such
things from people you barely know.
7) There still remains the question as to who exactly were the white
chaps in that raid. If the government had nothing to hide, they would
have said who they were by now.
8) The CID has not found anything to support their lie about subversion
at the standard newsroom. You will not hear anything further about that
particular line from Michuki or Kamau.
9) Kibaki is a helpless man, caught between two conniving women. He
does not know what is going on, what to do neither does he have the
ball to do anything. He has left Michuki and Murage to run the show.
10) We Kenyan’s are really dumb. Our Government is least interested in
serving you. It is just a matter of time before Kenya goes the
Colombian way, with drug lords running the country through their
accomplices in higher places. Instead of applauding the newly-fangled
philanthropers, we should be asking their source of wealth. Nobody
hands our money the way Wambui, Pattni, Haroun Mwau etc. does if the
money is hard-earned. The charity is the wool they use to cover our
eyes.
What do you think? No matusi or tribal garbage please.

The intrigues of Foreign Investors in Kenya
(Raila vs. Wambui aka the Aturs
Raila pulled a fast one on the Narc activist when he coned her business
partners, but after she knew of the conning, she strikes back with a
lot of vengeance and is ready to even kill. This has turned to be a
soap opera that has left Raila and Kibaki haunted.
Kenya ha been known to largely depend on foreign aid to an extent that
Budgetary support has always been factored on the countries budget year
in year out.
Historically donors are known to always blackmail recipient governments
some to the extent of dictating how such countries should be governed
and who should be allowed to invest in their country. 60% of the
disbursements are siphoned back to donor countries by way of either
being forced to employ consultants (and being dictated on how much to
pay them) or awarding contracts to firms from the donor country.
Britain and America top the list, with France following as a poor
third.
When NARC took power in 2002, one of their primary goals was to find
ways of eradicating this overdependence on donor assistance. In one of
the cabinet meetings held in January 2003, Raila Odinga raised the
issue and pointed out that the new regime needed to strengthen its
revenue collection so as to avoid over reliance of donor funding. He
also floated the idea of inviting foreign investors and create
conducive environment for them to prosper. After introducing the topic,
he passed over the Mic to his then friend and distinguished accountant
Amos Kimunya who gave a well researched and detailed presentation on
how to achieve this. This lead to the headhunt of one Michael Waweru to
head the KRA and within his 1st 3 months at KRA, the body had already
surpassed its revenue collection target by over 60%. That year and
consequent years, Mwiraria never factored in his budget donor support.
It was agreed that whatever comes in as donor support be channelled
towards capital and development expenditure.
A lot of water has passed over the bridge after this candid
presentation at the cabinet meeting. Revenue collection has improved
and Kituyi’s ministry has created conducive environments for foreign
investors.
In Nyando, the dominion group is turning the swampy wastelands into
rice paddies which in turn translate to jobs for the locals and
improvement of the living standards of the residents of the place.
Other milestones are the Molasses plant where Raila and Family have
teamed up with Russians and Americans to revive the plant which too has
translated to Jobs and improvement of the living standards. Between
2003 and Jan 2006, about 47 major and 227 middle level investors from
all round the world and majority of these incorporating Kenyans as
partners or shareholders, have opened outlets in Kenya which is a
welcome move.
January 2005 Armenian investors find that Kenya is a good business
destination and they incorporate various business concerns, one with a
Narc Activist and another with a good old friend of Kalonzo Musyoka
called Raju Sangani (I wonder why ODM is leaving their Kisauni LDP
candidate Mr Joho who is also a business associate of Wambui and the
Armenians). Sangani and Kennedy Ngumbau one of Kalonzo’s right hand man
and trusted friends (a trustee in Kalonzo foundation) are the directors
of a clearing and forwarding firm which Kalonzo is also said to be a
Silent partner. Contrary to what Kalonzo is saying, the meeting at the
summit was scheduled and not an accident as he is claiming. The gist of
the mater is that, there was a referendum coming and luminaries of both
camps were sourcing for finances. Any connection from supporters and
friends was welcomed in both camps. (All remember that Raila had one
time gone to Wood and Bellamy to seek for funding which Kivuitu
declined).Sangani who was in the company of the visitors (investors)
joined the Kalonzo Ngumbao table and engaged each other in animated
talks for the rest of the evening. Kalonzo outlined their vision as ODM
and hinted that they were fundraising about 3billion from friend and
businessmen who support their course, (not to overthrow the government)
to finance their orange campaign to shot down the constitution. He also
explained at length the reason why they were against the proposed
constitution. The Atur’s were apprehensive of this move knowing that
they were business partners with Wambui, but Kalonzo convinced the two
that they should not worry because the ODM was sure of winning the
referendum and this would automatically lead to a civilian coup and
Kibaki will no longer be president. He reminded them that since they
had been in Kenya for a while, they might have heard of ‘Tinga’ Raila
who is known never to enter into a duel (apart from Wamalwa’s) he
cannot win. As business men, they too wanted to know what their stakes
were after committing their money on this worthwhile course. That was
where the introduction to Kabila came in handy. Kalonzo having worked
in foreign affairs had created good rapo with the equally youthful
Kabila and Kagame and he used the bait to convince the guys that he can
connect them to the two presidents so that they can be getting the gold
and diamonds directly from the countries. The Aturs asked for time to
think about the proposal but indicated that they would be interested to
meet Raila so as to get the required assurances. Kalonzo discussed the
matter with Raila who was quite happy of the move because they knew
they would get a lot of money to finance their campaigns. They however
agreed that no other ODM member especially Ruto would be informed of
this deal because the fewer those who know the safer they were. Kalonzo
arranged the meeting between the Atur’s and Raila where the issue of
financing was discussed at length. The Atur’s indicated that they could
not get the 3b sought by Kalonzo but would see whether they could get
half of it. All along, Kalonzo was not quite comfortable with the deal
especially knowing that Wambui was a business partner to the jammas and
that if word leaks to statehouse, his presidential ambition will be
greatly dented. After intimating this to Raila, Raila undertook to
follow up the finances since he needed to win the referendum by hook or
crook. This was also the source of the uneasiness from the Luo wing of
LDP towards Kalonzo.
These jammas had released about $1.51M by the time Wambui came to know
about the deal. The message that Raila received on his cell phone on
valentine day was quite chilling, short and to the point ‘Pay up or we
shall lay red flowers on your grave.’
The rest is history with the soap operas ‘I fear for my live and need
security’ A green discovery vehicle following me’, ‘Mungiki have rented
a house next to mine and want to finish me’ ‘Blackmail- Pay back or
Shut up’ ‘The intrigues of a $1.5M loan to sought a girl friend’,
‘Raila’s mercenary theory to counter the blackmail’ ‘The unrelated
KTN/Standard raid which Raila seized the opportunity to support the
mercenary theory’ , ‘Deport these guys so that I don’t repay’ ‘ Kalonzo
meeting with Kibaki’ , ‘Kalonzo-I fear for my life and need security’,
and all the intrigues that you are seeing unfolding. Originally the
mercenaries were 4, but now we see only two, where are the other 2.
Food for thought – The ‘guy’ who shouted ‘niggers’ during the raid
sounded a ‘chute’ with good English, compare it with the voice of the
Atur brothers and not there is no resemblance whatsoever. I’m working
on both clips and would post them here on RCB. Watch this space.
