Dr Babafemi Badejo would call it an Enigma. The other day, he addressed Kenyans living in Canada, at the University of Toronto, and all Narcists, led by their commander-in-chief, went ballistic; they thought at long last they could nail the Enigma onto something. Poor me these narcists; Raila was only addressing Kenyans staying in Canada, who also happen to have all rights to be told in no uncertain terms, the state of the Kenyan Nation. And like all Kenyans, Raila has that inalienable right to expression of opinion anywhere anytime. But these turncoat democrats cannot realize this. Theirs is only to wait for Raila to speak and they react. Its like they do not have any other agenda. They get predictable to that extent. What has come out clearly is that these narcists hate Raila with a passion, to an extent that when he says what Hon Kibaki used to say as recently as 2002, it now becomes an issue. But can these turncoat democrats teach Kenyans both at home and in the Diaspora anything about free speech, democracy and loyalty to one' s country? It took Raila'sloyalty to Kenya to expose the Artur brothers syndicate. And at that time, all narcists ganged up under the chairmanship of Hon Kibaki at KICC, and later issued a statement in support of the Arturs, read by Hon Kivutha Kibwana. It took Raila's loyalty to Kenya to save KenGen from being overran by these narcists when they wanted to go the book building way, while KenGen is a known blue chip company. They beat a quick retreat and instead sold shares directly to Kenyans. It took Hon Raila's loyalty to Kenya to help expose the Anglo leasing deals. Remember Hon Kiraitu Murungi was only scared about Raila catching wind of their dealings. He was not scared about all the anti corruption bodies that they had put in place. He knew Aaron Ringera would do nothing about their dealings, as would the chief justice. It takes Raila's love for Kenya for him to face great challenges in defense of Kenyan interests and people. What would these Narcists have done to Kenya by now had Raila not been in the scene? Some of the people condemning Raila for talking to Kenyans are enjoying that same freedom courtesy of Raila. Others like Dr Mukhisa Kituyi have simple forgotten why we struggled so much to liberate Kenya. Others like the CEO can be excused because they never fought for the current gains, if anything, he never even believed in the struggle. Poor these Narcist, people without conviction, people who believe in nothing except politics of the stomach. People who throw stones to scare anyone who might spoil the gravy train for them. The Narcist mistook the fight for democracy for a license to loot the state resources with impunity. Kenyans will have the last word, and the time is nigh.
