Govt project dealt a big blow It is gratifying to note that we have some officers at the Judiciary who still uphold the rule of law. Kanu called its elections where Uhuru Kenyatta won against Nicholas Biwott. Biwott then bolted out and formed New Kanu, which was promptly registered by the Narcists. New Kanu became moribund from the word go and it could not serve the interests of Narcists as they planned. A new game plan had to be hatched, in which Mzee Moi was consulted, and the end result was to enthrone Biwott as the new chairman of Kanu. The group was registered with speed and Uhuru and his team told to go to hell. Even people knowledgeable in law like Madam Cry Baby, all supported the move. Reason and law was thrown out of the window as usual, the Kibaki style. Party officials are elected to serve for some time as per the party constitutions, but this did not make sense to Kibaki and his handlers. Now that the court of Law has thrown the Biwott group out, and Anangwe also seems to have shut the doors on Biwott, what next for him and his team? Josphine Ojiambo never impressed even once in the whole episode. She was reckless in the way she talked, and how she conducted herself. She proved to the whole world how inexperienced she was in issues political. With more of such Judges, the Judiciary can reclaim itself and serve Kenyans well. Kibaki and his team must not be allowed to abuse the law and go scot-free. The Registrar who occasioned such mischief should be held liable. She must face the law for abuse of office.
