TOP KISUMU ASIAN BUSINESSMAN DEALT A SERVERE BLOW.

  An attempt by a fabulously wealthy Kisumu Asian to allegedly defraud the
proprietor of Lewin Cafe situated at the magnificent United Mallof her business
contract hit a severe snag after a Kisumu Court stopped the bogus and offending take over.
 
  Kisumu resident Magistrate JG Gathuku threw out an application by Andhoga and Stausi Advocates on behalf of Sunil Shah who is the proud owner of the United Mall, seeking to execute the however dubious take over.
 
  Business at the magnificent United Mall situated along Kakamega Road came to a stand still when a crowd of curious on lookers milled around the building to
witness the unfolding drama.
 
  A petrifying smell filled the giant mall when the kitchen of the café was finally opened due to rotten foodstuffs that had been locked in within the premises by Mr. Shah.
 
  Lewin Cafe owner estimated that she lost property worth Ksh 500,000/- during the ten days that she had been locked out by the arrogant Asian, together with her twenty-two workers, who looked bemused during the ordeal.
 
  Drama ensued when business row was played to the anxious crowd who were shocked to learn that the Kisumu business tycoon of Asian origin Sunil Shah had closed down the popular Lewin Café situated at the building next to Kengeles.
 
  Sunil closed down the café under the flagship of the questionable auctioneers,
SADIQUE, claiming that the proprietor mama Winnie was playing loud music. 
  Lewin Café was popularly known for its delicious African dishes that attracted
large size of patrons to the dismay of Sunil.
 
  The arrogant businessman went underground when word went round that pressmen had descended on his premises in a bid to find out what was happening.
 
  Sunil, using his sidekick A Mr Raju locked the premise last week without
issuing any notice to the proprietor and took away chairs and table, which was
part of the Ksh 47 000 monthly rent agreement.
     
  Sunil, who is also a proud owner of United Millers and prides himself to be a
clean man, is not after all that clean, and we can reveal so today. Sources
close to him indicate that Sunil dubbed mama Winnie "An African who cannot make money at the expense of Asians" and wanted to change tenancy from African to Asian (read baniani) hence Winnie's frustration.

  Further, he has impeccably hatched a clandestine scheme to wipe out all
tenants of African origin and subsequently hand over tenancy to Asians. The move that Africans have vowed to resist at all cost "instead its Sunil who will go
and leave us" thundered the fire breathing tenants. 
 
  Sunil who is presently, widely believed to be working closely with the Mount
Kenya mafia hence his arrogance, allegedly sort the legal advice of Andhoga and Stausi advocates Law firm, which disobeyed the first court order directing that he open the Café.This was despite the fact that the move was in total
contravention of the lease agreement and that the hardworking woman has never defaulted on her rent payment.
 
  Mama Winnie in her fight for legal justice sought the services of Dick Anyul
and Company advocates who eventually convinced the court to rule in her favor and have the café reopened.
 
   By the time of going to the press, traders at the Mall were busy mapping out
strategies on how to take to the street to demonstrate against the tycoon.
