Point is:
1. This government of HIS Excellency the drunkard - has a fatalist mission,
shooting itself in the head.  Why shoot at wananchi?

2. Waruinge is a nobody politically - let him hold his meeting and see how many
he can attract.  Why bar him?  If he starts violence then the police must intervene.

However, there must a political culture that allows for even the most distateful
to speak - that is what all those who were tourtured in Nyayo house suffered for - the right to be heard and to allow for political space.
