Remember immediately Kibaki was sworn in as President, Munya, MP for Togania started an onslought on Hon CJ Bernard Chunga; that he must go for having aided and abetted unfair trials under Moi. Nobody even bothered to check that Chunga had never been AG in any government, who was the the Director of Public prosecution under the law. they even forgot that Chunga had never been the judge in those cases. He resigned.

Then came the so called Ringera report, forgetting there had been other reports before which had completely been ignored. It was used initially to sweep all West Kenyan Judges from the bench. We now know why this was being done; to intimidate the Judiciary, cow it, make it acquiescent, and pack it with compliant Judges, who would not deal decisively with GoldenBerge, Ndungu land report, Ango leasing etc.

I just realised yesterday that in the forty years of Kenya's Independece, the Treasury and Central bank have been headed by Mt Kenya guys for about 34 years, both at Ministerial, PS and Governor. When we speak of people who have destroyed kenyan economy then , jogi should not claim Moi did it single handely, they were there with him all the time. Only from 1993 to 2002 when Mudavadi, Nyachae and chris Okem were Finance Ministers did this position change. It had been James Gichuru- Kibaki- Magugu- Saitoti from 1963 to 1993 after the elections.Then again 2003 to date.

Only Majimbo Constitution can save Kenya. We have tried all these people before and the result has been a dismal failure as you can see above.
