 Good for him. But it makes me wonder whether the
 whole objective of the purge was not to get rid of
 Luo judges under the guise of judicial reforms. That
 is what some of us have been thinking. The
 strategy was supposed to be this: after purging the
 judiciary of Luo and non-Luo judges, you then bring
 back the non-Luo judges, and leave out the Luos.
 Mission accomplished?
