I concur with what Dr. Barrack Abonyo has suggested. We Kenyans are so many in the Diaspora and even in the USA itself and agreeing as a people and Contributing $1,000 over a specified time frame is an achievable goal. Success has to come through sacrifices and I believe in sacrificing towards a positive goal. Driving around in a place like Houston, Texas where I live, there are streets with street names inscribed in Chinese everywhere in the South West side of town, there are 100% Asian owned Banks where they save money and get loans with lower interest rates and develop themselves. Most of us knows how hard it is to secure loans from Banks here and the Only way we can develop ourselves as Kenyans is to take this route. We have seen Halal's Meat Markets here in Houston fully operated by Chinese through these well organised community development Groups.

This is a noble idea, that if persued can uplift our status not only economically but also politically for the well being of our Country kenya and Kenyans in the Diaspora at large.
