INTRODUCTORY LETTER
ATT: The Managing Director,
Dear Sir / Madam,
We would like to introduce ourselves to your Organization. We are ATIENO AND OTIENO CONSULTING CATERERS.
ATIENO AND OTIENO CONSULTING CATERERS was formed in 1996 firstly to offer catering services to individuals who required the services of a professional cook at private functions and secondly to provide Lunch to employees who required lunch in their offices.
In 2006 we opened a food canteen at Jamuhuri estate Phase II for walk – in, walk – out customers.
In Jan 2007 we introduced the "CHAKULA MOTO PACK" where we work in partnership with Corporate Organizations to provide affordable hot meals and snack to their employees. The "CHAKULA MOTO PACK" has proved successful as it leaves employers free to concentrate on their core business without the hustles of running a Catering Department to provide meals for their employees.
We also:
1. Provide Outside Catering services:
Ø To employees in corporate organizations who require snacks and hot meals.
Ø To individuals who require professional outside catering services at private functions like weddings, parties etc.
Ø To corporate organizations that require outside catering services at corporate functions like open days, anniversaries, cocktail parties, year end parties, product launches etc. we also service meetings by providing a variety of snacks.
2. Provide Profession cleaning services to corporate organizations . Our services at a flash are:
Ø Office Cleaning
Ø Carpet and Upholstery cleaning
Ø End of tenancy cleaning
Ø Rug cleaning
Ø Domestic cleaning service
Ø Computer cleaning
Ø After party cleaning
3. Sell Cleaning detergents . We are distributors of Golden Neo – life Diamite International (GNLD) cleaning detergents. We have a wide variety of high quality cleaning detergents.
4. Provide Catering Consultancy services to both individuals and corporate organizations in all areas of catering.
