Strategic Developments in Kasipul-Kabondo:

I believe creating a major and steady education base would lead our beloved constituency to a high level of development. An educated person is always a thinker.

Can we think of establishing KK Educational fund, have youths register as members at a fee, and have our political leaders and other well-wishers contribute towards jumpstarting an income generating project; think of buying shares, or a viable business enterprise in say Kisumu, or Maize plantation in Kitale, then the outcome used to sponsor members in solely their educational course.

I suggest no politics should infiltrate into this project, I mean the members should be allowed to choose managers of these funds and projects on merit with a well set policy and criteria voted upon by members, a constitution that govern this funds and members conducts be put in place and penalties for mischief also spelt out clearly.

I still insist, if we can improve education, then we can improve our constituency. This will even make us know who among our leaders and the aspirants really mind about the general development and not individual gain, by their involvement.

Kindly, respond to this, modify it and make it more viable.

Dr. Kambona I guess this is a step towards possible solutions to our grievances.
