Luos are ready to host LRA peace talk in Kisumu, since Tuju and Kibaki have refused to give peace a chance !

Hon Tuju is a sheep in the midst of wolves. Having failed to host Uganda LRA peace negotiation which fall in his portfolio as Foreign Minister, he will go down in history as a failure in the international crisis management, which has been Kenya’s duty in the lake region since the days of NRA/Museveni, SPLA/Garang, RPF/Kagame, Ethiopia and recently Somalia.

The success of reconciliation and restoration of these nations to normal were done in Kenya.

Hon Tuju’s refusal of LRA request to have the reconciliation talks to be hosted in Nairobi is negligence of the historical noble duty of Kenyan government to host such talks, and an abuse of Kenyan dignity Internationally.

How does Tuju expect peace and reconciliation talks to succeed in a hostile and battle ground area like Juba where the LRA are under constant threat of the Sudan Government. Moreover, there are no proper communication infrastructure in Juba.

Is it Kenya government’s hope to have the LRA slaughtered in Juba? Who is Tuju and Kibaki government favoring? Or is Tuju just a puppet of the selfish and merciless Kikuyus who are very happy to see the decimation of LRA because LRA to them is Acholi (read Luo), their natural enemies?

Mr Tuju, as a Luo, we would hope that you feel the pain of your Acholi blood relatives more than most in that government where you are the only Luo minister.

What will you tell the world after your tenure ends, about the LRA ? Will you stand again and say Juba was the best venue for peace talk?

If your masters do not want the peace talks in Nairobi, the Luos are ready to host the talks in Kisumu. Luocome will facilitate the talks in Kisumu or somewhere in Luo Nyanza.

It is a crazy idea to host reconciliation talks in the battle field and in the jungle. It a shame that those who are participating at the meeting are living and earning their allowances in Nairobi and commuting from Nairobi to Juba, while the Acholi's are suffering and living on handouts from International Humanitarian Assistance.

LRA have accepted the Peace talks. The Acholi and Northern People Uganda need a break. Mr Tuju and Mr. Kibaki, shame on you for being such inhumane, puppet leaders.

We are appealing to International Community to have the Peace Talk venue changed to Kisumu or somewhere in Luoland and the Kenya government should not interfere with this decision.

As a community we want peace for our people anywhere in the world.
