Re: Kenyan Delegation Visit Mr. Calvin Burgess in Oklahoma

To all the Economical Disapora Transformation Members,

We have been blessed indeed with Dr Omburo's very articulate article on the visit to Mr & Mrs Calvin Burgess in Oklahoma, Guthrie on March 24 2007.

Elisha is currently working on identifying the regional coordinators across the North America to assist in disseminating the lessons learned by them which will soon communicate to us soon.

I am writing regarding the abstract presentations in the up coming Economical Transformation Conferences here in North America and UK. It is our desire that we form inter-regional review panels to select abstract upfront to enable us not to duplicate the submissions during the conference.

We will have to remain focussed and dwell in Luo Nyanza, and our submissions should indicate the purpose of the study or hypothesis and should disclose the area, district, division, location or clan targeted in our primary findings.

For example, Mr Fred Waga from DC in NE USA region headed by Dr Oyugi, will want to re-submit his paper from Nyando District-Kano-Clan. To avoid duplication from other individuals in diaspora and are from the same area with Mr Waga, it will be wise for inter-regional review panel to have Mr Waga and those from the same area to consolidate their ideas in one pool for solid representation.

However, the general presentations may not have to go through this process.

For example Dr Omburo may have developed research paper on the entire Lake Victoria Region overview or Dr Obonyo has subject on banking strategy. Such like can just be forwarded to Mr Elisha Obongo and the Inter-region review panel for submission time set.

Elisha and North America regional leadership will have to advise us accordingly on the best road map while Joseph-UK may also share with us their strategy.

The above strategy has succeeded elsewhere in some of our initiatives and I just thought to share it with you, however, we will be glad to adjust to the best.

Let us channel our dynamic suggestion through Elisha and our regional leaders, we will definitely win this battle.
