All said & done,my Civil servcie experience is that Kenya to be one Country as ever, however, DEVOLUTION of powers from Presidency & Nairobi is the course of all this we are going thruogh.If it were for me we would have advocated "NO NEW CONSTITUTION NO ELECTION."

Imagine that this financial year,my tiny district with only two Constituency[Suba] will recieve upto Ksh 90 Million & over thru CDF.CDF is only 2.5% of Kenyas gross income,so how much will the common man get when we have semi-autonomous Provinces/States/Regions in the name of FEDERALISM.

I am not a believer in LUOS having their own Country at all because it does not add up to me.
