Finance Minister Hon. Amos Kimunya Heckled and Booed in Minnesota

Thank you for your comments. A point of correction, my name is not Bwomondi but Bwomandi. I wanted to get an opportunity to question the minister but we were not allowed to ask questions directly but to write them down. I had written the question but the guy who was reading the questions was selecting which questions to read.

When the minister said that there is no crime in Kenya and that Americans go there and come back safely I was so irritated and wanted to be given a chance to tell him the truth. I was attacked by gangs at my home in Nakuru last month and the police took more than seven hours to come. That is the country Kimunya is saying to be safe and that people are spreading rumours to scare us from going home.
