May I contribute towards this debate that is going on, quite sensible contributions but with some highly missconstrued facts there.

I want to take on the Lady by the name Charity Gathogo. Charity. You are forgiven when you ask for the same over naivity in you text. May I first correct you and many other Kenyans who have this missunderstanding that the Ministers and or MPs as they are are suppose to be using their money to develop their constituencies. I am not blaming anyone for thinking so because for the many years of Nyayo rule, the government money was used in the so called Harambees to build institutions and all manner of things which were then named after the president (am sure you know of one near you home). The common "mwanainchi was led to understand that the president is generous and used his money to do 123....

Yes, you mentiuoned the donde bills and the what not, and that is the line through which you wanted to hear him talked about. You need to realise that nothing else need more capital to execute than building of roads. A road of 32 Km stretch would cost up to 1 billion, what is the national budget? Three hundred of such roads engulfs it, and you havent paid a single teacher. What am trying to say is that building the roads may not be as easy as passing bills or implementing policies. Within the read sector itself, I am sure you did not follow up on what policies were implemented during his tenure e.g the cowboy contractor story, bypasses and the reclamation of grabbed road reserves... I know what you would have loved to see are built roads, which he didn't have to do from his pocket.

Then let me take you back to the history of the second liberation struggle if you you can rember; do you see how much he did? if you dont, ask and you be shown. Do more homework.
