The need for a new development strategy for Kaspul Kabondo

To all interested aspirants and friends,
I would like to put forward the following remarks for your attention;

Development represents a transformation of a society : a new way of looking at health issues, education, changing the ways of thinking and improving agricultural productivity. Our political leaders should recognize change and realise that as individuals and as people of Kaspul /Kabondo, we can take collective actions that facilitate change. Infact, sustained actions should be taken to help reduce infant mortality and other diseases, provide clean water and adequate sanitation.

All these objectives necessitates change of our constituency which has a population of about 179,889 people and an area of 507square kilometres. Development should enrich the lives of every individual in the constituency and I urge our political leaders to have integrated development approach for the residence of Kaspul/Kabondo.
