Thanks for that quick response!!
Currently am in a meeting for the East Africa Cup tournament in Moshi - Tanzania, (the tournament is for all the youth sports associations in East Africa and one of the teams from Oyugis participates in the tournament.)

So am not able to give a comprehenssive feed back to your suggestion, "a step a head."
