Evaluate Kibaki Candidly, Set Agenda for the Next Government Authoritatively The Clarity and simplicity with which Odhiambo Oketch has written his last piece is very very helpful to this forum. Those of us who demand for a better Kenya, which we all deserve are not likely to contradict his latest presentation. What we must agree on is that when we get a new government we must audit it against a clear list of demands; This is the point Mosaisi should come in on. To help us develop the criteria for auditing the next government as we evaluate the performance of the current one against the 2002 demands and promises. Some of the demands( checklist) should be the following; Katiba Mpya Zero tolerance to corruption and integrity in the management of Public resources Dealing with the past by implementing a Transitional Justice Agenda National unity and the end to tribalism A modern and efficient economy Equitable distributon of resources Employment for all Better incomes and cutting down on inflation and costs of living Women, Youth, Workers and other Marginalised sectors-specific Policy interventions etcetra This is the direction we must take.
