THE THEME PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE MEDIUM
OF PERFORMING ARTS.
The purpose of this letter, therefore, is to invite you participate in the forthcoming LAVIRECHA festival. Kindly let us know of the genre you / your team will tackle (performing / visual arts, paper presentations, exhibitions and film productions).
The festival would like to show case some of the best produced films from the Great Lake Region for the benefit of Film lovers based in the Lake Victoria Basin. We shall be most grateful if you could kindly consider participating in the LAVIRECHA festival (film festival) the Western Kenya Region has never had an opportunity to appreciate films from Great Lakes.

development of Lake Victoria region through
the medium of performing arts. There is no doubt that arts is one of the
most powerful forum for rallying community for collective action.
Various performing /visual artistes and film makers from
East Africa have already confirmed their participation in the
LAVIRECHA festival. We need your support.By contributing to LAVIRECHA festival
you will be supporting many delegates to participate in the International
Lake Victoria Arts Festival 2007.
