I beleive that our problem today in Kenya and i guess elsewhere in the so-called poor nations is the beleive that we are unable to emnancipate ourselves and especially the poor in fighting injustices. This is why gate-keepers such as advocates of the Dominions here are the greatest obstacles for which a solution must be found. At Kituo Cha Sheria, we offe free legal aid to the poor, marginalised and vulnerable individuals and ocmmunities. Now residents of Yala fall in this category for us and we recently completed a fact fiding mission and we are in the process of taking this matter to court and what we found out is appalling and difficult to accept that a government can entertain TNCs in the name of creating an economy for its people. It is tantamount to me to sacrifice of sorts ... it of course behoves me to learn that some individuals are pro Dominion. I think what Dominion is doing in Yala is morally, legally and poltically wrong for which all those forces must combine and end their presence there.
