Kisumu Town West Parliamentary hopeful who is also self proclaimed Raila Odinga National presidential campaign co-ordinator Mrs. Rosa Buyu is said to be on the loose.

According to Nyanza Women Political caucus together with a clique of Luo Nyanza Civic and parliamentary aspirants who spoke to the press on condition of anonymity, they took issue with the politician for extorting from them under the pretext that her proximity with the Luo king pin is beyond doubt.

The enraged activists and politicians appealed to the green horn politician to exhibit maturity in her political campaigns and stop invoking Raila Odingas name to gain cheap publicity, mileage and financial gains from unsuspecting politicians, particularly first entrants.

For starters Buyu was once a teacher now running chains of business outlets in the city, thanks to her close rapport with the Nairobi based business Magnet Chris Kirubi.

She is the daughter inlaw to Dorothy Randiek the sister to the former foreign affairs minister John Robert Ouko, grounds which appears to be catapulting her political bid.

During the recent Jaramogi Odinga 13th anniversary, bragging Buyu hired buses to ferry people to the ceremony thus sparking scrutiny form critics who are now wondering where she has been all along.

Early this year during Raila Odinga campaign trail in North Rift region (Marakwet) Buyu stunned fellow campaign co-ordinators by uttering obscene, belittling and unprintable words when asked by one of the women caucus officials on where they were to put up after the turbulent campaign trail

Kisumu Town West Orange Democratic party (O.D.M) officials are currently contemplating writing to the party’s top hierarchy over what they termed as blackmail and usurp of powers by the self proclaimed Raila Odinga die hard Rosa Buyu.

Uncharismatic Buyu now nicknamed media mogul (courtesy of her imaginary rapport with senior Editors of various media houses) is slated to battle with leading Kisumu lawyer cum business Magnet John Olago Aluoch, Rev Ken Nyagudi, Lawyer Juliet Ogejo.

Though he is yet to confirm, but pedestrian talk has it that pragmatic and influential medic Dr. Otieno Obondi is also in the race, in what political pundits believe is going to be a battle of titans.
