Thanks for this clear reply. Grace Owino did reply in similar context. We will be patient with those with doubts while moving forward.Personally my family in Kenya are very happy with the project. My home Market Usenge, is now a booming place like it was in 1984 to 1995 when fish was plentiful before it disappeared due to overfishing.
