Tom,

I decline to get into a shouting match with you as to ignorance, ethnic mediocrity and chauvinism. If you count yourself among the well educated and thinking Kenyans, then you are well aware of the saying that if you argue with a fool, people might not notice the difference. You will not be receiving any calls from me any time soon.

If you had even an inkling of an idea as to how a government functions, you would know that as a Permanent Secretary or Chief Secretary, Nyachae was responsible for controlling tendering policies and procedures. Those were some of his duties. Any occupant of such office, in previous administrations, the current administration and future administrations will have the same duties. Now, if you have any knowledge of that power being misused by Nyachae, then it ought to be what you state here instead of exposing knowledge that ends before reaching the nose.

If you told the infant who was born yesterday that all the money that was supposed to tarmack roads in Nyanza went to Nyachae's pockets, maybe you'd have a chance of convincing somebody. I am not sure what it does when you tell that to "well educated and thinking Kenyans".
