Last Saturday, supporters of ODM-Kenya congregated at the Caribbean Palace in Somerset New Jersey in great numbers to demonstrate their truehearted commitment to the party and its leadership. The event was organized by the New York/New Jersey chapters of ODMK-USA.

The Chief Guest for the occasion was Toronto’s outspoken Barrister and Nyando Parliamentary contestant, Miguna Miguna, assisted by Joe Opole Akumu, Chairman AKIA emergency fund, John Akumu Chairman ODMK-USA, Washington DC Chapter, Andrew Okungu, Chairman, ODMK USA New York Chapter.

Miguna Miguna during his speech to the advertent audience covered key subjects pertinent to the role of Kenyan’s in today’s political dispensation. He reiterated the value of discipline in our operations and emboldened the need for peace amongst the true supporters of change in Kenya’s political arena.

New Jersey and New York residence hailing from Nyando constituency separately also had a sit down event with Miguna Miguna to listen to his agenda as a parliamentary candidate where he elaborately unveiled his vision for Nyando and expressed his disenchantment at the incumbent MP’s inadequacies.
