Re: [Jambo] DOMINION FARMS SUPPORTERS DEVOID OF HUMANITY Mr. Nyamwamu, With all due respect, please spare us the patronizing attitude. You do not hold monopoly of what is important and what is good for all Kenyans. We all have our opinions and we will only respect your "big" nationalistic ideas if you respect our "little" village ideas. Some of us have a very different approach to how to make Kenya better. I for one believe in the bottom-top approach, community based approach-majimbo. Some like you are nationalist. We have tried nationalism now for 45 years and it has not worked. We are more tribally divided than when we were at independence. It is therefore hard to sell nationalism and it is time we try majimbo. Luos are not saying that we received the worst treatment from the governments of Kenyattaa, Moi and Kibaki, its the economic statistics saying it every year. We are dying and we have a right to self presearvation and determination which are recognized by the UN Charter and the AU Charter. A people who are self presearving and determining cannot be accused of tribalism because they are not doing anything to harm other tribes. The government of Kenyaattaa and Moi killed everything that our people would rely upon for economic survival. Why is it so dificult for you to understand why some luos are very protecting of Dominion who are actually spending their money to develop our land and to bring jobs where our people live? Mr. Nyamwamu, you may be involved with bigger issues such as "global warming" and "brotherhood of mankind all over the world". That is great, but please do not look down on some of us who are involved with "little issues" such as hunger, food, and jobs for little people who just want to live a "small" life.
