We must all condemn the arrest of the 45 people, but not for the reasons Tegi gives.

We must appreciate that we are in a free country with all the inalienable rights to prospect, just as a white man can.

I therefore also lend my voice, and condemn the arrest of our brothers in Taita Taveta. I urge the relevant authorities to respect the fundamental rights of these people to eke a living.
