The Luo Factor

I feel the need to rephrase my previous title to read " The Luo factor." I don't belive Raila is the obstackle in this case. On the contrary, his core supporters have a higher propensity to destroy the bridges he has worked so hard to build.

Raila's presidency should be viewed as an honor that comes with a responsibility. The Luo community must be humbled by this honor should it be bestowed upon us by the nation. Any attempt to view this as an opportunity can only be detrimental to our cause. This is where I concur with the previous writer.
