Re: Nothing works in Kenya, despite all the denials - CHECK OUT I think we are not getting the point. Kibaki should be accredited for some achievement for the last 4 yrs he has been in Office. If we start questioning the past deeds of all those who are holding Offices in both opposition and the Government, then we can recall when Kibaki himself said, "having a multiparty system is like cutting down the Migumo tree with a razor blade". And now he is in multi party system, so folks let us not question, Kosgey, Gumo etc. When politicians campaign, they have their visions to sell to Kenyans. If these visions are not met after they win, we have to question them. The most important points that Kibaki pledged and infact the core ones that are the corner stones to any government success especially in Kenya are these, and I would appreciate if anybody supporting Kibaki can elaborate point by point what Kibaki has done about them. 1. Change of Constitution 2. Zero Tolerance to Corruption 3. Tribalism, cronyism, nepotism 4. Security Thank you, Obongo. Joluo.com Akelo nyar Kager, jaluo@jaluo.com |
