Even as you were sending your article, Isiolo does not have enough water to sustain life for the small population of livestock and human beings there. And you are proposing a capital city and a 20,000 student campus for it? Not a bright idea at all!

You do not need a new state capital city for Kenya. What you need is a de-centralized government, with empowered local governments to the lowest level possible(MAJIMBO).
