This debate is very interesting and the thing we need to know is that these politicians are not committed to constitution reform. When it comes to leadership issues then we are badly off. Why should MPs accuse Kibaki of tribalism when CDF and Bursary Funds are managed by their brothers, wife and concubines. It all start with me. Leadership is the problem and every tribe is looking for opportunity to eat because others have eaten.

What Kenyans should do is to stop looking at issues of leadership as tribal things. Individuals should be given chance based on qualities, not that he/she comes from the biggest clan/tribe.

Let Mps account for devolved funds.
