Re: Miguna in Political Deep waters From: nyanja Roselyn, My response to Martin Ouko that I sent accidentally before it was completed. The complete one I sent has not been distributed by Jambo In the latter, I mentioned that if anybody like Martin Ouko believe that Miguna is in deep water then they should offer help privately. While calling someone a pseudo-lawyer and arrogant it's difficult to believe that the writer really cares whether Miguna is in in deep or shallow water. Miguna is a public figure and is quite able to handle the public aspect of this debate. I also believe Manganga should have taken the same type of action. All Manganga had to do was to contact Miguna or the original writer of the piece on Miguna privately and ask for the information. Interestingly, Manganga just didn't find out about Miguna from the article he responded to and Miguna is actually not his target. He has known Miguna for quite sometime and even visited Miguna's website and has everything he needs to know to make a decision of whether Miguna should be in his book or not. Manganga's target is a another detainee and he is only using Miguna's detention to set the standard for number of days and/or reason for detention to be considered a hero. Manganga is also connected to known enemies of Miguna and that will come out quite soon. Watch this space. Rewind back to 2003, I believe, when someone who was brought from Ethiopia said that he was a Kenyan hero or freedom fighter or whatever (I can't remember name or country). Those are the result of Manganga's research. As soon as his document is published you will see names you have never heard of before. So while we allow scrutiny on Miguna let do the same on Manganga.
