Building Africa from abroad Bwana Birai, I know the kind of frustration you are going through. It is obvious that so many people have tried almost every one of those projects while they are outside. I do not take it as a problem any more because most of my projects get done, though at a higher cost. That is the cost of being away from the actual event when you have delegated duties to a relative or a friend to do it for you. The only thing I may have an issue with is pocketing a school fees for a student. Other projects, they can pocket as long as I know that some work is being done.If I eventually travel home and find that the work is done, then I don't worry how much the project manager pocketed. Remember, these so called project managers are some of them your relatives or a trusted friend. They also have to have their reward and if you do not identify that reward, then you are in to be swindled of some good cash. Thanks Nyaidho ( Ongijo) Joluo.com Akelo nyar Kager, jaluo@jaluo.com |
