Embattled Kisumu Town West MP Rev. Ken Nyagudi is being accused by a Kisumu based businessman Jorim Ogwa Wanyamba, the Director of Accurate Injector Pump Services for allegedly defrauding him of Hydrolic High Pressure pipe worth 250,000 way back last year.

The Director, whose specialization is repair of Fuel injection Pumps, reconditioning of injector Nozzles and Rewinding of electric motors etc, confided to the press that the MP approached him on telephone inquiring if he had the said material.

They negotiated on phone and the MP sent one of his emissary to pick the material on a gentleman's agreement that its total value would be sorted out later.

The material was to facilitate in the drilling of bore holes, thanks to a donation of a drilling equipment from Dominion Farms where the MP has good rapport with the top Directors.

A bid by the businessman to access the MP hasn’t been fruitful. According to him, on three occasions, the MP has handled him arrogantly as a stranger and as if nothing transpired between them.

On the fourth occasion last month, when he cornered the MP in his Milimani house, the legislator dismissed him that he will go to Dubai to buy him the same material arguing that the businessman’s price was hefty.

The businessman now says he has exhausted all the avenues for any meaningful negotiation but is left with one option, to move to court soon to compel the MP to pay him
