Sh70 billion traced by Kroll Associates that was safe in a bank "somewhere", according to Government officials, is now unrecoverable due to a "technicality" that Karua or Ringera didn't know about.

I think the Kibaki government has really taken Kenyans for a ride believing they are fools to be hoodwinked without reprisal.

It was just the other day that Karua promised Kenyans that the recovered money will be returned before the end of this year. Now, all of a sudden, there is a statue of limitations that doesn't allow Kenyans to ever recover that money since the 6-year window has benn exhausted.

If you believe this scam, then you can as well believe Kamlesh Pattni is one of the twelve disciples of Jesus.

This is a wake up call for Kenyans to fight for their money!
