CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND.

The tax payers would like to know why the Members of Parliament decided to dish out lots of money in the name of Constituency Development Fund. It is confusing the public what was this money meant for.There is an outcry all over the country about this issue. Many members of Parliament have been hiding or avoiding visiting their constituencies because they cannot account for this money.

There have been lots of complains from the public about this Fund. It was well thought of but is it serving a different purpose or nothing at all? Some members of Parliament are using it to maintain their mistresses,frustrate those getting ready to challenge them in the forth coming election, using the money to hire goons and much of the money ends up in the MPs pocket. Many constituencies have very bogus committee members who are illitrate and know nothing apart from visiting the Mps home early in the morning for a cup of Tea and gossip.

Many of such idle minded individuals are in good books with the sitting M.P to take care of the business of the day.

The Public would like to know how this money is used.It may sound strange but there are lots of concern and a general public outcry that this money is being misused. There should be a transparency and accountability with all the Members Of Parliament in regards to this mess.CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND IS BEING MISUSED.  The pulic is not going to reamain quiet but needs the answer and full explanation.
