A very well written appeal to the Luo Diasporians.

This is achievable but can only materialize when we start engaging in Luo country for us all attitude. Most of us are still compartmentalizing the Luo ethnic group into clan based clouts and there by do not appreciate the need to have development in every segment of our community. Untill we get rid of this old cancer of who hails from where? Then we will achieve our Luo millenium goals. Lets all shun this attitude and do it ourselves instead of waiting for Kibaki to install a project to see its significance.
