CMDK SUPPORT THE SHIRIKISHO PARTY AND COASTAL REGION MAJIMBO CALL ! Press Release, The courageous move of Hon Chivau Ali Mwakwere, Hon Morris Dzoro, Joseph and Abdala Ngozi and Mr Mwaboza to defect to Shirikisho Party to form dynamic political force for the coastal region people, was a wise step in the right direction. The coastal people are the poorest, the landless. Yet it is their ancestors' land which the Late Jomo Kenyatta and the Kikuyu's grabbed in 1960's to invest in World Class Tourists Hotels. Also the main port for East and Central Africa Cargo Shipment major import and export is in their own backyard (Mombasa). And yet they are the poorest and the voiceless ones regardless of the tax revenue being collected at the Port and the Hotels. Let the coastal people unite and revive the call for Majimbo. This was the sought by the late Hon Ngala and Hon Nassir as the only solution to solve imbalance resources distribution for Kenyan regions. The current system promotes, not democracy, but rather oppression & poverty, to the common mwananchi It yields marginalization in terms of development in the high poverty regions. The directives from Nairobi robs regions their rights to govern their taxes and run their own affairs. Therefore it is chaotic and must be brought down at all cost. The Shirikisho Party has the right to stand for their own people. That is the true grassroot politics. We in Christian Democratic Movement of Kenya (CDMK), stand for regional movements and therefore Shirikisho Party should be assured of our support as we press to together for the re-introduction of Majimboism. Meanwhile, we are calling the some like minded leaders in other regions to join the call of Majimbo. Make it a mass movement and deny the re-election of the current corrupt government system. KADDU and Hon Jirongo should come on board to champion the Western Regions Majimbo voice to make the gamblers such as Mudavadi and Hon Kombo irrelevant in their selfish endless ambitions. Mungiki is Kibaki government rigging tool: This government has no mandate to exists, for it cannot protect Kenyans. Instead it has created insecurity through sponsoring the Munguki to kill his own people in Central Province as political gimmick. It is present to be dispatched in the opposition strong hold during the election period. It will scare voters from voting, thus be a means of rigging the election in favor of the Kibaki government.
