Since its inception, KDFC has mobilized resources and has had a couple of member recruitment drives. We started in Oklahoma, we moved to Denmark in July and now we are heading to Memphis Tennessee on Auigust 3-4th in Memphis Tennesse at *Barth House* Episcopal Center, 409 Patterson Street, *Memphis*, TN 38111.

Our mission is still the same "Mobilization of Kenyans abroad to invest in Kenya through one umbrella corporation". We are hereby inviting all the Kenyans within the Memphis vicinity and other towns in United States to come and hear what we have on the table.

The purpose of the meeting is to
1. Recruit more members
2. Inform members of the progress made since our last meeting
3. Inform new members about the KDFC plan and objectives
4. Get new ideas from members and find ways they could be implemented
5. KDFC possible partnerships
