1)In addition of seeking help from the Government leaders, The Kisumu Business Activists may seek the help of a competent lawyer knowlegeable with business and comercial laws and prepare to seek the court's intervention against unfair business competition.

2)Microsoft corporation owned by the billionaire Bill Gates have been taken to court, and, at times, the USA Government has had to check it out due to complains of unfairly stiffling its competitors. The Wal-Mart Corporation of USA with its low-prices has been taken to court many times over. So, the Kisumu Businesspeople have the rights not to keep quiet.

3)I wish I could hear a story of even one African who has gone to do business in China with success. None so far. One successful Chinese in Kisumu will bring many others, mark my word. I, for one, salute the Kisumu Business Activists. BRAVO. A luta Continua.
