In the spirit of openness, kindly inform us of the following:

1. Is KDFC incorporated in the USA and is it a 'for profit' organization?
2. If so, what type of Corporation is it?
3. If so, what State is it incorporated in, and who are the other officials?
4. What is KDFC's Federal Identification Number (FIN) or (EIN)?
5. What is the stated purpose of KDFC with IRS?
6. Is KDFC slatted to transact in international business?

These are honest questions which need serious and candid answers. An informed Kenyan need to make decisions before they even get to Memphis.

Personally, I will see you in Memphis, to ask these questions on behalf of all and sundry.
