What I have found out is pasted below. There is still no FEI Number and I am assuming you are going to get one from IRS. You also might want to make sure that the nature of business stated involves international trade to invest in Luoland. Currently it is just a domestic corporation. It might be a good idea to get the organization registered in a business district rather than your personal address. This is a big risk to you because if any one of you embezzles our money, we'll have no choice but to put a lean on the registered address. Also IRS can auction your house if serious tax violations are commited. This will not be fair to you for example, if you will not eat our money but Otura does. There goes my two cents on corporate law.

The next question is how do we buy shares and how many shares are declared? How much is each share and what is the minimal number I can buy? Are these shares traded publicly? Surely we do not all have to travel to Memphis to know this?
