Projects don't target election, says Kibaki

Reacting to President Kibaki's statement that project do not target election:

1. Mr. President, why are these projects coming up at the very last minute of your first term in office?

2. Mr. President, don't you have something better to do for the Nation, other than run around from constituency to constituency flagging new projects? I believe you have government officials or MPs who can do such commissioning.
