My shopping List to President

While in Eastern Province, the president asked wanainchi not to fear the gorverment but to ask the gorverment what they want done in their areas/locality/regions.

Correct me if I'm wrong, is the President telling me/us wanainchi that the long arm of the government has no clue of what the needs of wanainchi are, or is it that all has been done and the big man is challenging his subjects to dare point one issuue/project that has not been done. Either way Sir hear is my shopping list:

1. Please do something about Nairobi - Lake Victoria road.

2. Tell the tax man to ease off Nyanza for it does not make good economics that this region(Nyanza) is the second least poorest in Kenya yet again be the second highest tax payer after Nairobi.

3. HIV- Aids is said to be killing people in the City of Kisumu than anywhere else in Kenya yet the handlers of HIV/Aids money always convene conferences in Nairobi which continue to record drop in HIV/Aids prevelance, why is this? President Sir, please ask these people not waste money in endless conferences but to use the money in the field where action is required.

I have a very long list Sir but I'll leave it at that so that some of your subjects can also have a share.
