Facts of life Abroad!/ Fresh Air! --- Steve Makwae Gekara wrote: Zedekiah Ominto, There is a luo saying which states: "an hyena will starve to death in a sugarcane plantaion(waiting for its prey) not knowing that the sugarcane is very sweet". What is the point? I have had the privilege to date a dholuo woman and I will put all my eggs in one basket to Kisumu township. Even ndugu Machoni, Anon Mous, Dada Nyakerario Magokoro will not stop the bus dropping me Luoland. Luo women listen, adapt, adjust, and accept their mistakes and correct them quickly. My people argue on-and-on instead of borrowing a leaf or two from our beloved neighbours. That is what frustrates me most! As I said elsewhere we can win Gold Medals hands down in this! I spend a lot of precious time trying to share what I value as vital constructive information to help us learn and adopt to conforming new ways to stay on top of things. Again, you cannot criticise me on this subject unless you've dated a Luo woman for real and learn from within. You will migrate to South Nyanza with all your Kisii Passports, chicken, goats, sheep, bows, arrows, etc. Here is what I forgot: Ironing clothes: A luo woman will iron your clothes, neatly, nicely, and fold them the right way. Some Gusii women will iron your clothes and burn them intentionally because they are inwardly annoyed this is a male duty! Porridge: I just love porridge and a dholuo woman take time to prepare it the right way. My research tells me otherwise! Wananchi, nomatter how you look at it Luo women rank number one in the Nation. I repeat! I'm absolutely not worried I will develop many enemies. My main point is to share valuable information that will help our people conform and adapt to succeed. All in good faith! Please don't go away there is more to come your way! Rgds, Steve ===== Joluo.com Akelo nyar Kager, jaluo@jaluo.com |
