Wananchi,

Gusiis we make a lot of mistakes and when someone try share ideas we correct ourselves it develops into a "fight".

Recently I shared some helpfuil information advicing wananchi to be vigilant whenever they date

Reason:

The Aids scourge and Hiv virus is real among wananchi Abroad. Yes, it is true their exist a few individuals who "spread" it knowingly.

By saying this and sharing the information I felt it will save lives.

This is a serious occurence!

I consider myself a "freelance" Kenyan Reporter in the Diaspora!

Make no mistake I will not and did not tell wananchi to date a particular tribal lineage.

It all depend on your taste, preferences, and choice as an individual.

Dressing Code:

I read somwhere some individuals attend Church and embarrass the crowd and church goers.

I shared my polite views reminding our People to respect the House of God, the elderly, those in attendance, etc.

This is all about:

respect
morals
decency
christianity
family values, etc

I did not act like a "watchman" instructing and controlling anybody what to wear or not to wear.

My posting was very friendly, polite, awakening, and creating simple awareness!

I have also reminded my People and any mwananchi Abroad to try get an education since that is exactly what brought us here.

Sisters in the Diaspora:

I did remind them to be vigilant wherever they are. It is a fact some Nigerians and others out there are diluting our culture through "using" and derailing the focus of our people.

Child molestation:

Yes, it happens! A few years ago someone was reported in Dallas. Gusii men went on the defensive accusing the woman who reported the matter with unnecessary counter attacks.

The Law of the Land took care of that!

What is the point?

I remind parents out there to remain vigilant at all times. You cannot trust everybody be it Kenyans, Africans, Americans, etc.

Male domination Mwanyageting forum:

We need to loosen up and allow females contribute like they do at Jaluo.com.

Let us get rid of:

The Gusii male ego unfriendly atmosphere arguments disrespect verbal fights & abuses

All these scare women away!

I must emphasise I write articles encouraging Gusii women to uplift their socks, improve, and be the best they can be Abroad & in the Dispora.

Gusii men turn around and make me sound like I "hate" Gusii women!

I don't!

All I do is let our people face the truth head-on and stop being reluctant, rigid, dreaming, and adapt to ways that conform to the times.

Yes, there are very many highly educated Gusii women Abroad and on the Ground. Please come on board and share that education with us when you can at your comfort.

Remember:

I respect women
I believe in equality
I accept women leadership

I try help stamp out:

Gusii male domination
male ego discrimination, etc

Wananchi, Luoland is relatively dry but that has not stopped our neighbours from progressing academically, Agriculturally, socially, political, economically, etc.

The next President of the Republic of Kenya is likely to be a Luo nomatter how you look at it.

They have a very qualified individuyal in the name of Raila Odinga who scare Kikuyus politically!

Let us share constructive information and get rid of myths.

Let us learn to listen, communicate well, and accept failures. Yes, we can develop, blossom, grow, and succeed if we rectify and correct our mistakes.

To my fellow brothers from Gusii I kindly urge you to let women speak for themselves if they feel I have said anything wrong against them.

I will apologise quickly and will work hand-in-hand with you and make this forum a better place to be entertained, informed, educated, and get other bulletin-information from the community.
