Election Time
=====================================================The Elections are around the corner, and the fever has started. We elected the Narc government on a promise of development, a fight for good governance and and end to corruption. But so far, though some things that the people of Kenya fought for have been realized, it has not led to a proper recovery of the Kenyan Dream, as the government has been dogged with corruption, infighting, indiscipline among the leaders, deaths and Indeed lack of Quorum in the house by our overpaid and under taxed MPs. Siaya town has remained a sad dusty story in the anthology of Kenya. Without a proper road in the town center and lack of planning for the larger part of the town, it is crippling for the industrious people of this region as they loose on business opportunities that would otherwise come their way if such provisions were to be made. Siaya is a large district that would also be the only district in any country in the world without a proper road system. The environment in this town has been eroded due to human activity and thus, cash crop and horticultural farming has reduced considerably turning the population into beggars. This is a call for any leader, to come to action and defend his people. I Humbly submit myself for the election as Counselor of the great Siaya Town with a view of becoming the Mayor and bringing development firmly to this people of a great lakeside community. All Kenyans are great, and I urge you all to look into the fact that for a long time we have been taken for rides, we have been lied to, we have been abused, seduced by liars, and indeed been ripped apart by people we considered friends. It is time for us to rise up and claim a new beginning. The president has set a good pace, we should step up the race. Constantly, I will indicate the plans I have to turn this district into a commercial and agricultural hub by 2025. With a pledge for more schools, companies, outsourcing opportunities, jobs, and better infrastructure. Proper management of resources and eradication of corrupt practices will be and ever strong war, all you people out there, look at this community, and give me the support to make this work...
