Re: A VOTE FOR MUSYOKA IS A VOTE FOR KIBAKI Barrack, I am glad you are now seeing what the people had seen a long time ago. The public is very fair and when they boo a politician you should never rush to judgment and call them drunkards as you did because these are the same "drunkards" who have been cheering Kalonzo for years when he was doing the right thing. The only thing Kalonzo wanted was to be "toshad" by Raila and no amount of "apology" or "cheering" was going to satisfy him. Kalonzo knows that the only way he can be president is by being "toshad" by Raila and in ODMK. Once he realized that this was not going to happen, he knew he was not going to be president. Instead of supporting Raila and taking the VP position, he has decided to be a political raking ball for Kibaki and Moi against Raila and ODMK. His calculation is that if Raila becomes president, he may have to wait longer but with Kibaki as president, he can look forward to 2012. As soon as ODMK is declared an individual membership only party, Kalonzo will have no choice but to take LPK to Kibaki's coalition and hope to be reinstated as the minister for foreign affairs if Kibaki wins. Hopefully the forces of change led by ODMK will spoil his plan when ODMK wins and forms a new government. Joab Joluo.com Akelo nyar Kager, jaluo@jaluo.com |
