Diplomatic Row Between Kenya and Tanzania

Every so often I read about these arrests and consfiscation of fishing gears from Kenyan fishermen by either Ugandan police or Tanzanian police, what is it that is not right? Is the Kenyan government failing to protect her citizen? Are our MPs failing to represent their constituents in the parliament to the extent that these issues are never addressed. Why has the government allowed the ugandans sieze our islands?

If not in the lake harrasing Kenyans , then the Ugandan army crosses the border to kill (Kenyans) the pokots, and steal their animals. Is there any respect for us as Kenyans by our neighboring nations?

We (Kenyans) have a better equiped armed forces than these two countries or so I think and their main duty is to protect our boundaries. So, why is the chief commander not taking action? If he is a coward, then he should pass the button to those who can restore some respect that once existed for Kenyans.
